The School of Marxism is one of the earliest departments in this university.The lecturers teach public ideological and political theory courses in the university.There are five teaching and research rooms and one office; there are currently 50 full-time teachers, including 1 professor and 8 associate professors,three of them have doctorate degrees, and 40 have master's degrees. In recent years,under the great support from Xinyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the School of Marxismhas deeply cooperated with them in the establishment of Xinyang Marxism Institute,and some training bases for the practice and teaching of red culture, laying an important foundation for deepening cooperation and educating people.
